Kevin Thomas has been appointed managing director of the Wales and Borders franchise, which has just been awarded to KeolisAmey. He has been chief operating officer for Keolis UK since January and, prior to that, was managing director of the KeolisAmey joint venture company that operates and maintains the Docklands Light Railway.
