Curfew for man who spat at CEO

A Workington man has been placed on an electronic tag after assaulting a civil enforcement officer in Cumbria. Thomas Clough, 31, pleaded guilty to assault by beating and using threatening behaviour when he appeared at North and West Cumbria Magistrates Court in Workington last month.
