Rail passenger numbers in South East England have bounced back after the recent declines on several franchises. New statistics from the Office of Rail and Road also reveal strong growth at TransPennine Express in Quarter 1 (April to June), despite the operator’s difficulties after the summer timetable was introduced in May.
