Leeds City Council is to build a three-mile segregated cycle route beside a section of the A6120 Leeds Outer Ring Road. The route will connect the new junction created by the East Leeds Orbital Route (ELOR) at Red Hall with King Lane in Alwoodley. A bi-directional cycle track will be built on one side of the carriageway in the wide verges with Toucan crossings giving access to the other side of the road.
