A Labour Government would scrap hospital parking charges across England.
Jonathan Ashworth, Labour’s shadow health and social care secretary, made the commitment in response to a Press Association report showing that 124 English NHS Trusts made more than £226m from car parking (including penalty charges) in 2017/18.
