Transport for London could raise at least £200m by selling 13 freehold properties, including the Broadway Complex above St James’s Park Tube station.
The sales are part of a wider TfL programme to cut office accommodation costs.
In 2016 TfL had 37 properties housing 15,000 workstations, with annual operating costs of £83m.
