Transport Scotland has appointed a team led by consultants Jacobs and AECOM to conduct the second strategic transport projects review (STPR2), which will help identify transport investment priorities.
The contract includes modelling, appraisal and forecasting, strategic environmental assessment (SEA) work, and “extensive stakeholder engagement”.
