Westminster City Council has revealed more details of a £232m investment programme for Oxford Street and the surrounding district.
The programme replaces the previous plans for the partial pedestrianisation of Oxford Street that were developed by Transport for London and the council. These unravelled last summer after Westminster withdrew its support (LTT 22 Jun 18).
