Transport for London says it can continue to use the term ‘healthy streets’, although it has now been trademarked by former Greater London Authority officer Lucy Saunders. Saunders has set up a consultancy of the same name and told LTT last month that no one could use the term without her permission, irrespective of whether the first letters of each word were capitalised or not (LTT 29 Mar).
