Wales rejects EV chargers in new homes

The Welsh Government has exempted housing developers from a requirement to equip new properties with charging points for electric vehicles.

The new version of Planning Policy Wales  requires at least ten per cent of new non-residential parking spaces to have EV charging points, transport minister Ken Skates told an Assembly committee.
