Transport for London (TfL) has announced it is only extending Uber’s licence by another two months ahead of “any consideration of any potential further licensing application”. In September 2017 TfL refused to renew the app-based firm’s licence when it expired, concluding it was “not fit and proper to hold a private hire operator licence”.
