A survey of ArrivaClick customers in Merseyside has revealed that 40% of users of the Demand Response Transport (DRT) service previously made their journeys in single-occupancy cars and taxis.
The survey of 1,400 customers marks the first anniversary of the Merseyside operation, where 27,000 people have downloaded the booking app.
Arriva reports that the app is currently being downloaded 1,000 times per week.
