Transport for London is consulting on changes to its lane rental scheme that impose daily fees on companies digging up the busiest parts of the Transport for London Road Network at the busiest times of day.
The consultation includes a proposal to expand the area covered by the scheme from 56 to 72 per cent of the TLRN.
