Worcestershire County Council and Worcester City Council are preparing plans for a new pedestrian and cycle bridge over the River Severn in Worcester. The councils expect the Kepax bridge in the north of the city to cost £6m. A further £2m would be spent improving links either side, and £900,000 will be needed to cover preparation costs. The two councils have allocated £2.4m to the project and will seek the remaining £6.5m from third parties....
