Motorists in Greater Manchester will have to pay to use the GMEV network of electric vehicle charge points from early next year.
The GMEV network is operated by Charge your Car on behalf of Transport for Greater Manchester. EV owners can use a mobile app to charge for free, or a membership card for an annual fee of £20.
