An electric vehicle (EV) charger based on hydrogen fuel cell technology has been launched by AFC Energy. The self-contained charging system is designed to overcome issues associated with poor grid coverage to provide rapid EV charging anywhere that it is needed.
AFC Energy is a company commercialising a scalable alkaline fuel cell system, to provide clean electricity for on and off-grid applications. AFC Energy said its H-Power system is a zero emission system.
