A 20-storey tower, luxury hotel and multi-storey car park have been given the go-ahead in Bolton town centre.
Councillors have been assured the 20-storey building would not distract from Bolton Town Hall, which will remain the tallest building in the town centre.
Two blocks of 144 apartments, 30,000 sq ft of office space and a 500-space multi-storey car park are set to be built at the Trinity Gateway site. The scheme is set to be completed by January 2022.
