Bradford council wants the Government to fund a 1,000-space park-and-ride facility close to the M606 as part of its clean air plan that also features a Class C clean air zone (CAZ) (LTT 21 Feb).
Bradford has asked the Government for £60.5m to support its clean air plan initiative, the centrepiece of which is the CAZ covering inner and central Bradford, including the A6177 outer ring road, and the corridor to Saltaire and Shipley.
