Hertfordshire County Council has approved what it says is England’s first Enhanced Partnership for bus services, using powers in the Bus Services Act 2017.

The countywide ‘Intalink EP’ replaces the existing voluntary quality partnership with operators, known as the Intalink quality partnership.
