The disruption caused by the Covid-19 pandemic has prompted the DfT to extend the deadlines for local authority bids to the £50m All-Electric Bus Town and the £20m Rural Mobility Fund (LTT 07 Feb). The deadline for both has been extended from 30 April to 4 June. The bidding for the £70m Superbus fund has been delayed (LTT 17 Apr).
