Transport for London has set passenger capacity limits on bus services to facilitate social distancing. Double-decker buses will be able to carry 20 passengers and single-decker buses between six and ten, depending on the size of the bus. Bus drivers will have discretion to allow more customers on board if they are travelling in households or groups.
