The Scottish Government’s Covid-19 emergency grant for the Glasgow Subway is unlikely to be enough to avert the need for public transport cuts, Strathclyde Partnership for Transport has said.
The Scottish Government announced “up to £9m” for the Glasgow Subway and Edinburgh Trams earlier this month, saying this would “be in place from July to the end of September and will support services throughout this period”.
