CAZ plans advance in Birmingham and Bradford

Labour-controlled Birmingham City Council is pressing ahead with its plan for a Class D clean air zone (CAZ) within the city’s ring road. 

A council spokeswoman told LTT this week: “Birmingham remains committed to launching it’s CAZ in 2021. Air pollution continues to be a public health risk.
