Dutch engineering consultancy Royal HaskoningDHV has acquired UK-based Integrated Transport Planning (ITP).
The two firms will merge their UK transport teams. ITP employs just over 40 staff and Royal HaskoningDHV has about the same number in its UK transport advisory group. The combined operation will be led by Jon Parker, managing director of ITP. He will also take the title ‘director of advisory group transport UK’.
