 The Isle of Wight Council is seeking support for the coach industry to soften the blow of  Portsmouth City Council’s proposed clean air zone (CAZ), which will encompass the city’s Isle of Wight ferry terminal. 

Portsmouth City Council this month ruled out exempting the ferry terminal from the city’s Class B CAZ, which will impose daily charges on non-compliant buses, coaches, lorries, taxis and private hire vehicles (LTT 16 Oct).
