Transport for London has awarded French firm Blue Systems a £185,000 contract to run a data-sharing trial for bike hire and potentially other forms of micromobility.
The 18-month contract will see dockless bike hire operators share data about bike use with TfL and a number of boroughs. The data will provide TfL and boroughs with real-time (up to one minute latency) visibility of bike hire activity across London and informative analytics.
