Newcastle City Council has chosen Neuron Mobility to deliver an e-scooter rental service in the city.
The scheme will initially feature 250 e-scooters but Neuron says numbers will rise during the trial period.
This is Singapore-based Neuron’s second contract win, following on from Slough (LTT 02 Nov 20).
Further e-scooter rental schemes have been launched elsewhere in England.
