A high Court judge has ruled that Transport for London and the DfT used the Covid-19 pandemic as a pretext for pushing through unjustifiable restrictions on urban traffic.
Mrs Justice Lang quashed Transport for London’s Streetspace Plan and its accompanying guidance, as well as a temporary Order introduced last summer to restrict traffic on the A10 Bishopsgate in the City of London.
