The DfT has announced funding allocations to local authorities from a £500m highways maintenance grant.
The grant is the second instalment from the £2.5bn Potholes Fund announced by the Chancellor in the 2020 Budget and providing £500m a year between 2020/21 and 2024/25.
The regional breakdowns for 2021/22 are:
East Midlands: £57.4m
East of England: £68.5m
North East: £28.5m
North West: £66.5m
South East: £82.7m
