Ealing’s decision to remove LTN is a retrograde step

It is with sadness we hear Ealing Council has removed its Low Traffic Neighbourhood LTN 21 (LTT 31 May) joining a few other London councils in taking such a retrograde step. And the decision highlights areas of concern that apply to most councils currently.
