Keith Wallace has been appointed the chairman of Crossrail International (CI), a DfT body that provides strategic advice to client organisations across the world on developing and delivering complex rail schemes. Wallace joins on a three-year contract from 1 July to oversee the growth of CI as a UK government-owned specialist rail advisory practice.
