Victoria Heald has been promoted to the post of senior transport planner at WSP. She joined the consultant in May 2021. She was previously a graduate transport planner at Atkins. Last year Heald was awarded ‘Bursary of the Year’ by the Transport Planning Society for her research on transport accessibility.
