Engineering and consulting group SYSTRA has acquired the DELTA modelling software previously owned by planning and economics specialist David Simmonds Consultancy, which has gone into liquidation.
SYSTRA said that the modelling tool will enable it to offer a full range of modelling, forecasting and assessment consultancy advice on land use and transport system changes.
