E-scooters in the area around the University of Bristol have reached nearly 50% of the number of bicycles, according to research by VivaCity. The AI company used its sensors over a two-month period, starting on 30 August, to gather real-time data. The sensors recorded 523 e-scooters on average per day throughout the period compared to 1,054 cyclists.
