A shopping centre in Cardiff apologised to drivers who were stuck in its car park for up to three hours on a Saturday evening.
The problem seems to have been a malfunction in the sequencing of traffic lights outside the entrance to the St David’s Centre car park.
St David’s shopping centre in Cardiff said it was sorry for the incident on 7 April.
“We know how frustrating congestion is and are sorry for the inconvenience," a spokesman said....
