Waters baffled by DfT bus cap extension after seeing his plans for Wales scuppered

Welsh Government minister Lee Waters has said he found the UK Government’s extension of the £2 bus fare cap “galling” after his own plans for a £1 flat fare in Wales were, he alleges, scuppered by the UK Government’s actions under Liz Truss.
