Longer Semi-Trailers 'reasonably safe' says Government

The Government has defined the suitability of routes for Longer Semi-Trailers as ones operators have assessed as “reasonably safe” to operate using a LST. It has also stipulated that every driver must always have a copy in their vehicle of the route plan and risk assessment for the route the LST is using.
