The Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) is to be assessed on its “efficiency, efficacy, accountability and governance” by an independent review, the Government has announced.
This will ensure that the DVLA can “continue to provide a licensing service to motorists and the public”, said the Government, adding that the review is part of a wider programme looking into the effectiveness and efficiency of public bodies.
