Parras in new CEO at Go-Ahead Group

Miguel Angel Parras has been appointed new chief executive at Go-Ahead Group, replacing Christian Schreyer who leaves at the end of October. Non-executive chair Clare Hollingsworth is also to depart, and will do so and the end of 2023. Parras is currently Globalvia Chief Investment Officer, a post he has held since 2019. Schreyer joined from Transdev in 2021, succeeding David Brown. News of his departure follows Go-Ahead’s being acquired by a consortium made up of Australasian bus operator Kinetic Group and transport concession manager Globalvia Inversiones last year.
