Wales still has no data on progress towards key 2025 targets

The Welsh Government has admitted it has no data on progress towards its key 2025 targets on modal shift, published more than two years ago in the Net Zero Wales Carbon Budget 2. However, the growth in zero emission car sales is line with the Climate Change Committee’s pathway.
