£33m from DfT for projects to help get greener ports and ships

The Department for Transport has awarded £33m to 33 projects across the UK to develop clean maritime technologies to cut port and shipping emissions. The projects have been chosen for the fourth round of the Clean Maritime Demonstration Competition (CMDC) from which now £128m has been allocated to help support the maritime industry deliver net zero emissions.
