Waters defends membership of panel to review 20mph limit

Welsh Deputy Climate Change Minister Lee Waters has defended the membership of a panel he has established to review how the 20mph default speed limit introduced across Wales on 17 September has been implemented. Guidance to local authorities could be amended as a result of the review.

The three-person review team will work with highway authorities to consider how the change in the default limit is working in practice.
