Portsmouth plans to launch a local delivery hubs

Plans are being developed reduce the number of delivery vehicles on the streets of Portsmouth in order to improve air quality and reduce traffic congestion.

Portsmouth City Council will discuss plans for new 'micro-consolidation' hubs to be located in the city at an upcoming transport decision meeting.
