Welsh Transport Secretary Ken Skates’ announcement that it intends to revise guidance on the 20mph default limit (LTT890) has been welcomed by the trade body Coach and Bus Association Cymru.
Under the review, some roads may return from a 20mph to a 30mph at a local authority’s discretion.
