Public ownership, GBR, and new passenger authority, in Labour’s plan for rail

Labour’s shadow transport secretary Louise Haigh has set out detailed plans, if the party wins the coming election, to rapidly implement an enhanced version of the existing government plans to establish a new Great British Railways body in charge of the network.
