Wales presses on with bus franchising legislation but cost concerns continue

A Bill to deliver franchising of bus services in Wales will be introduced during the remainder of the current Senedd term, First Minister Vaughan Gething pledged last week plans for such legislation were first announced as one of five legislative priorities by former First Minister Mark Drakeford a year ago.
