Free parking to be scrapped in Suffolk towns

Free parking is likely to come to an end in several towns in Suffolk.

In April Babergh District Council voted in favour of introduce car park charges in Hadleigh, Lavenham and Sudbury.

The decision had been called in for review after criticism by councillors with the council’s Overview and Scrutiny Committee.
