Catriona Swanson is the new Strategic Lead for Sustainable Transport at Manchester City Council after three years as Associate Director at PJA. She said: “Manchester is hugely committed to achieving net zero by 2038 and I’ll be working to make that a reality through delivering ambitious plans for the city centre, Manchester-wide active travel improvements and the Local Area Energy Plan.”
