Tim Pheby has left Active Travel as Inspector after two years in the role. He has retired after 40 years working in traffic, highway safety, cycling and active travel.
Prior to joining ATE he spent years at Sustrans as a Senior Engineer and 13 years as a Traffic Engineer at City of York Council.
