Harry Clarke has stood down as chairman of APN Group, a group of debt resolution businesses including Trace Enforcement Services and Moorside Legal.
Clarke was the first chair appointed by APN Group upon its launch in 2023. He took on additional responsibilities as executive chairman from September 2024 to January 2025 while chief executive Mike Marrs resolved some matters relating to his health.
Mike Marrs has now fully resumed his executive role.
